The Isle of Arran lies in the Firth of Clyde, on the south west coast of Scotland. A ferry sails from the port of Ardrossan, the journey taking 55 minutes. Details of sailings and the cost for passengers and cars can be obtained from the ferry operators Caledonian MacBrayne.
