Children’s Day – Sunday 30th July 2017

The Children’s Fun Day at the Arran Heritage Museum has always been very popular and much fun for everybody.

It starts at 1.30pm and lots is going during the whole afternoon. For children up to the age of 12 it is free if accompanied by an adult.
There is plenty to do and see indoors and outdoors for everybody, if young or already a bit advanced in age.

To give you an overview all this and much, much more can be seen/done/experienced during the afternoon:

model railway – story telling sessions – face painting – horse-shoe tossing – spinning & felting – Gaelic fun – bat the rat –
traditional games – chocolate fountain – decorate your own cake – kids tombola – locally made burgers

And of course the spectacular Isle of Arran Pipe Band also will be around. They as well as other musicians will entertain throught the afternoon.

Cafe Rosaburn will be selling it’s yummy home made meals, teas, coffee and cakes all afternoon.

All usual exhibits can be visited and our Museum Shop is open.
